How Payments Work

Clients should only complete payment using the official Stripe invoice or payment link sent directly by Idea Pub Studio after the project scope, price, deposit, or maintenance plan has been confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Idea Pub Studio does not store your card details on this website.

  • Custom projects usually begin with a 50% deposit invoice.
  • The remaining balance is due before final delivery or website launch.
  • Maintenance plans are paid monthly through secure Stripe recurring links.
  • Each invoice or payment link is sent after the service details are confirmed.
Important: Please do not send payment unless you have received an official Stripe invoice or payment link directly from Idea Pub Studio.

Project Deposits

For websites, branding, print-ready design, chatbot setup, and automation projects, a deposit is usually required before work begins.

  • Deposit amount is confirmed in the approved quote.
  • Most custom projects require a 50% deposit before starting.
  • The final balance is due before launch, delivery, or file handoff.
  • Any extra work outside the approved scope is quoted separately.

Monthly Maintenance Payments

Maintenance plans are handled through secure monthly Stripe payment links after we review your website and confirm the right plan.

This helps make sure the selected plan matches your website condition, platform, support needs, and any technical issues that may already exist.

  • Third-party costs are billed separately unless stated otherwise.
  • Plans begin only after the website review and payment confirmation.
Before subscribing: Submit your website details first. Once the plan is confirmed, Idea Pub Studio will send the correct secure Stripe recurring payment link.

Third-Party Costs

Hosting, domains, plugins, Botpress, Twilio, Retell, Supabase, AI usage, software subscriptions, printing, or other third-party services are billed separately unless clearly included in the approved quote.
